At SoChic Travel, our planning fees ensure a personalized, high-touch, and seamless experience from inquiry to itinerary. Fees cover research, curation, and concierge-level coordination and are due before planning begins. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Planning fees are based on traveler count and trip complexity. All fees are collected prior to consultation and are non-refundable.

8–10 Travelers → $350 Planning Fee

Luxury Group Chic (11-20)
11–15 Travelers → $400 Planning Fee

Elite Group Chic (21-30)
21–25 Travelers → $650 Planning Fee

This level includes extensive coordination, logistics management, vendor oversight, and detailed planning to ensure every aspect of the experience is executed at a high level.
