Vacation Planning
Do you book flights?
Yes! We can assist with flights as part of your vacation package or as a standalone service when appropriate.
Do you only book luxury vacations?
While luxury travel is our specialty, we work with a variety of budgets to create unforgettable travel experiences.
Can I book just a hotel?
Yes, depending on the destination and your travel needs.
Do you offer payment plans?
Many suppliers offer payment plans. Availability depends on the destination and supplier.
What happens after I submit a travel inquiry?
Here's what you can expect:
- Submit your Travel Inquiry Form.
- We'll review your request within 1–3 business days.
- If a planning fee applies, you'll receive an invoice and payment instructions.
- Once your planning fee is paid, we'll officially begin planning your trip.
- We'll research, curate options, and communicate with you throughout the planning process until you're ready to book.
What is SoChic Villas?
SoChic Villas is our curated collection of luxury vacation homes around the world, perfect for families, groups, destination weddings, retreats, and milestone celebrations.
Why choose a villa instead of a resort?
Villas provide more privacy, additional space, personalized amenities, and are often an excellent value for larger groups.
Can you help me choose the right villa?
Absolutely! We'll recommend properties based on your group size, destination, budget, and travel preferences.
Can you arrange additional villa services?
Yes! Depending on the destination, we may assist with:

Why do you charge planning fees?
Planning a customized vacation takes research, destination expertise, supplier coordination, itinerary development, and ongoing support. Our planning fee allows us to dedicate the time and attention
necessary to create a seamless travel experience tailored specifically to you.
Are planning fees refundable?
Planning fees compensate us for our professional time and expertise and are generally non-refundable once planning has begun.
Are planning fees applied toward my vacation?
Planning fees are separate from the cost of your vacation unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations, Refunds & Changes
Are my deposits refundable?
Travel deposits are non-refundable and Non Transferable.
Can I cancel my trip?
Yes. You may cancel your trip at any time; however, cancellation penalties may apply based on the supplier's terms and conditions. Some reservations may be partially refundable, while others may be completely non-refundable.
Can I make changes after booking?
Changes may be possible depending on the supplier's policies. Additional change fees, fare differences, or penalties may apply.
Will I receive a refund if I cancel?
Refunds, if applicable, are determined by the travel supplier—not SoChic Travel. Processing times vary and are subject to each supplier's refund policies.
What if my trip is canceled by the supplier?
If your travel supplier cancels your reservation, we'll work on your behalf to communicate available options, which may include rebooking, travel credits, or refunds in accordance with the supplier's policies.
